As soon as you've figured out the type of course that you need, you should take under consideration the number of Staff in the course. The amount of Employees you will need to train will have a lot to do with how many Team Members you will have to be able to fit the Program into your schedule. If you have a huge workforce, then you'll likely want to look for a course that's a part time or one that only takes a week or two weeks to finish.

If you're only hiring part-time Workers then you won't need to worry as much about the number of Staff that you'll need to train.
